Who Qualifies for
This Support?
In Minnesota, eligibility is often determined through a combination of your health needs and program-specific criteria.
- Adults age 18 or older with a developmental disability or related condition.
- Must be able to live in the community with less than 24-hour supervision.
- Funded through the SILS program budget or specific county allocations.
- Must have a goal of maintaining or increasing independent living skills.
