Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Bright Vision services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms apply to all support services and digital platforms.
Description of Services
Bright Vision provides professional home care services including nurse-led support, personal care (PCA/CFSS), ICLS, and specialized respite programs.
Client Partnership
Families agree to provide accurate information regarding health needs, maintain a safe home environment, and collaborate on the developed support strategy.
Payment & Funding
Services are billed according to established rates or waiver authorizations. We work with various funding sources including Minnesota waivers and private pay.
Privacy & Your Story
We maintain absolute confidentiality of all records in accordance with HIPAA standards and our internal privacy protocols to protect your family.
Service Adjustments
