The Bright Vision Approach

Individualized Home Supports (IHS) with Training is a Minnesota waiver service focused on skill development. Unlike direct support, which 'does' for you, IHS with Training is about 'teaching with' you. At Bright Vision, our staff works side-by-side with you, using instruction and modeling to help you master activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). Whether it's learning to manage your home, navigating the community safely, or developing better self-care routines, we provide the patient guidance you need to achieve your highest level of independence.

Every plan for this service is personally reviewed and guided by a Registered Nurse.
